Mrs and Mrs Aukolls go Dozzy Doe!
In a recent event Chocolate Fountain Hire went to Winchester University for the wedding of Christine Aukett and Laura Nicolls. The reception was held in the nightclub called The Vault that was in the grounds of Winchester university, and it was a great venue! When we arrived it was decorated with balloons and ‘just married’ banners. We quickly set up the chocolate fountains. The brides had asked us to bring all of the dips! We we also supplying a small fountain with dark Choclate. After the guests had tucked into a hog roast and salad, they turned their attention to us! Strawberries, profiteroles, mango and marshmallows were swiftly consumed covered in smooth creamy warm milk Choclate or the richer dark chocolate. A barn dance was the order of the evening and it was amusing to watch the guests trying to dozzy doe and grapevine whilst full of pig, chocolate and champagne! We packed away the chocolate fountains and left the party in full swing.
Wedding Chocolate Fountain Hire in Louth
Last weekend chocolate fountain hire were booked to provide a chocolate fountain for a wedding reception that took place atKenwick Park. We arrived and set up the chocolate fountain in the main function room while the wedding guests were relaxing before the evening reception started. In no time at all the chocolate fountain was set up and running and ready for the guests to enjoy. Kenwick Park is a lovely venue and was superbly decorated for the wedding reception. As well as the chocolate fountain guests were treated to a pick and mix sweet stand, a bouncy castle and a cartoonist. With the chocolate fountain ready for guests to use the bride and groom were invited over so that they could have their photographs taken having the first dip, after that the chocolate fountain was open for all of the guests to use and soon the fountain was surrounded with guests. Wedding Chocolate Fountain and Fruit Palm Tree Hire in Brockenhurst
Recently the Chocolate Fountain Hire Team headed for the New Forest, and the beautiful Brockenhurst for a wedding. When we arrived the balloons were being strung together outside to make an arch way for the guests to walk through. We quickly unloaded our equipment, including two large fruit palm trees, which we had made at home. In the hall, which had been decorated with chair covers and organza tie backs we set up the two large fruit palm trees on a large table. They looked stunning, standing 7ft tall with their real palm leaves on the top. Each tree contains approx 500 pieces of fresh fruit, strawberries, cantaloupe melon, honeydew melon, satsumas, pineapple, kiwi fruit, and water melon. All the fruit is freshly prepared on the day in bite sized pieces, and put onto the tree with cocktail sticks. Alongside the fruit palm trees was the chocolate fountain- the main centre piece for the wedding. The chocolate fountain was soon set up and running with Belgium milk chocolate and guest could choose from the selection of dipping items that surrounded the fountain or even choose some fruit from the fruit palm tree and dip it into the chocolate fountain.
Wedding Chocolate Fountain Hire in Christchurch
It was the most glorious day when Katie and Richard had their wedding reception at The Manor in Christchurch on the outskirts of Bournemouth. The 5 star restaurant with guest accommodation was a wonderful setting, overlooking fields, and so peaceful. We set up the Chocolate Fountain in the open area by the patio doors, and the chocolate flowed beautifully with the late afternoon sun reflecting from the shiny chocolate. The fruit, strawberries, pineapple, satsumas and grapes, all freshly prepared by the team was very popular with the wedding guests. The gorgeous bride Katie and her groom Richard came and had their picture taken at the fountain before the children came and had their fill. The Manor in Christchurch was a lovely place to spend the evening, and the Chocolate Fountain Team certainly love their jobs at beautiful venues like these!!
Wedding Chocolate Fountain Hire in Southampton
This weekend chocolate fountain hire we were at the beautiful hotel New Place in Southampton for the wedding of Melissa and Andrew. Melissa’s Mum the chocolate fountain as a surprise, lucky bride! We set up in the bar area of The Arden Suite and very soon the creamy milk chocolate was flowing perfectly and the dips looked luscious and fresh. The brides Mum had requested fresh strawberries, pineapple, mango, and delicious fresh cream filled profiteroles and mini sugared donuts, to name a few! We were dues to start with the bride and groom having their first dip on the chocolate fountain but does to the amount of children eager to start the brides mum left them start early! The Chocolate Fountain Hire team are finding that weddings on Sunday’s are getting very popular, and even weddings on Friday’s are on the increase. Great news for us, more parties for us to go to!!
Chocolate fountain hire for surprise birthday party in Bristol
The chocolate fountain team headed for Bristol for a surprise 40th Birthday Party for Lizzie’s husband! We also took the Pick and Mix stand with 60kgs of sweeties, and a Fruit Palm Tree! Lucky Jamie! We set up the Pick and Mix stand in the corner of the marquee that was in the grounds of the The Swan Inn in Swineford. The sweets we provided were large fried eggs, jelly racing cars, lollipops, liquorice all-sorts, jelly babies, fish and chips, marshmallows, fizzy belts and even flying saucers to name a few! We were besieged by children filling up their candy stripped bags before it was even set up properly! The fruit palm tree was a 2ft tree, that stood 5ft tall with the real palm tree on the top. It contained approx 150 pieces of fresh fruit, melon, pineapple, clementines, kiwi, strawberries, just right for a party. The fruit was taken from the tree and dipped into the creamy milk chocolate that was flowing beautifully and tasted delicious. Guests were treated to some great live music and a DJthorough the evening It was a great party and it ended with a stirring rendition of ‘It’s such a perfect day’ from the whole party!
Wedding Chocolate Fountain Hire in Ascot
One booking last weekend took chocolate fountain hire to Ascot to provide a chocolate fountain for Hazel and Chris’s wedding reception which was held at the Royal Berkshire hotel. We arrived just as the room was being prepared for the evening function and the chocolate fountain was set up the the sounds of the band having a sound check. In no time at all the chocolate fountain was flowing with Belgium milk chocolate, the dips that hazel had chosen were Strawberries, Bananas, Mini Donuts, Cream filled profiteroles,Gingerbread men and Marshmallows Meringues. The bride and groom were announced onto the dance floor to have their first dance and this signalled the opening of the chocolate fountain as well as the buffet that the hotel had provided. We were quite over run for the first 45 minutes with guests quite happy to stay at the chocolate fountain and make use of the dips and cover then in chocolate. Quite a few children had the taste for the chocolate too i am not sure how they managed to eat as much as they did! Mid way through the evening the bride and groom made their way over to the chocolate fountain and sample some of the dips. During the evening the band played some great tunes for the wedding guests to dance to and eventually it was time to pack away and leave ascot for now at least!
Wedding Chocolate Fountain Hire in Kettering
Yesterday the Chocolate Fountain team headed to Kettering and the wedding of Abbey and Lee! Abbey’s Mum had ordered a large milk chocolate fountain with marshmallows, mini donuts, cream filled profiteroles, Turkish delight, coconut bites, vanilla fudge, pink wafers and meringues. Where are the fresh strawberries and pineapple I hear you cry………well, they had also ordered a small Fruit Palm Tree!! Just perfect for the smaller parties and weddings, they hold about 100 pieces of fresh fruit and stand a whopping 5ft on the table with their beautiful real palm leaves poking from the top! It consists of fresh pineapples cored out and then piled on top of each other on a special pole. Then fresh strawberries, slices of kiwi, section of orange, mouth sized pieces of melon and pineapple are skewered onto cocktail sticks and arranged on the pineapples in a pattern, it is just GEORGEOUS! It is the perfect accompant to the chocolate fountain, and it helps you get your 5 a day!!!!!
Wedding Chocolate Fountain hire in Loughton
Recently chocolate fountain hire attended the wedding of Laine and Hannah which took place at the kings Oak Hotel in Loughton. We provided our large chocolate fountain which came complete with 15 kg of belgium milk chocolate and a variety of dips including profiteroles, grapes pink wafer biscuits pineapple and strawberries. This was a an idyllic location to hold a wedding reception with guests milling around inside and outside by the pool. During the early part of the evening guests were treated to a violinist and a cello player and then later on a DJ got all of the guests dancing. The chocolate fountain was really popular with guests making full use of the dipping items on offer that were surrounding the chocolate fountain.
Wedding Chocolate Fountain Hire in Caernarfon North Wales
North Wales is a really popular destination for chocolate fountain hire and last weekend was no exception. We arrived in the historic Royal town of Caernarfon early and made our way to the Celtic Royal Hotel where the wedding reception was taking place. We set up in the main room whilst the wedding guests were relaxing in other parts of the hotel after having their wedding breakfast. The chocolate fountain was set up at the back of the room to allow the guests plenty of room for seating and of course dancing. The bride and groom welcomed all of the guests back into the room so the fountain was in full flow by the time they were able to come and taste the chocolate fountain. The bride and groom – Michelle and Arwel had chosen every dip that we offered so the chocolate fountain was completely surrounded by dipping items. The hotel provided a buffet for the guests and what more could you want as dessert that a host of dipping items to put into the chocolate fountain and cover with luxury belgium chocolate! We soon realised that the people of North Wales are a healthy bunch as the fruit was very popular in particular grapes! With the DJ playing some great tunes and a lot of the guests dancing it was soon time for us to leave but not before we heard the sound mumbo no5 being played and a special guest entered – a local resident of Caernarfon uk’s no 1 lookalike for Jim Royle from tv’s the Royal family, his stay was brief so unfortunately he didn’t make it as far as the chocolate fountain.
