The Chocolate fountain hire team headed to Sunnydale Park in Ascot for an evening buffet. We are regulars here, popping up to provide chocolate fountains for the afternoon tea break for the Evelyn Sharp centre. This centre is part of the hotel and is for business seminars. The clients usually stay for a week with their company and it is a great chance to meet members of the company you work for. It is a fully bespoke business centre with library, full IT services, lots of ‘break out’ rooms and it is all fully catered. This time we were one of the puddings for a hot and cold buffet for the employees of Oracle. The chocolate fountain was used for the delegates to have a treat in a break period before going back to their team building events. In no time at all the delegates were dipping items into the chocolate fountain, we supplied a vast aray of dipping items for the guests to choose from. With the break period fisinhed it was time for the delegates to go back to work and for chocolate fountain hire to head home.
X Box Launch in below zero Ice Bar in London
Chocolate Fountain Hire were asked to provide a chocolate fountain in London’s below zero Ice Bar for for X Box Kinect Sports Season 2. We of course were happy to oblige, and we headded up to London to do this. It was a fab setting, with real Husky dogs to greet the guests, and great decorations of skis, tv pictures of log burning fires. We set up in the downstairs area in an alcove, and it looked great. The lucky guests were treated to a bespoke cocktail called ‘Kinect Sports Superstar’ which consisted of vodka, Cointreau, blackberry liquer, fresh lime and fresh blackberries all served over ice, delicious! And it went very well with the warm velvety chocolate! The guests had canapés and ‘bowl food’ and the chocolate fountain was pudding for them. We were very busy, with people popping into the room for a game on the X Box and a chocolate coated profiterole !

Wedding Chocolate Fountain Hire in Portsmouth
This weekend the chocolatefountainhire.com visited Portsmouth to provide a chocolate fountain for Hanna and Ben’s wedding reception which was held at the Hilton Hotel. We arrived in plenty of time and set our fountain up at the back of the room in time for the bride and groom to make their entrance. After the meal and speeches the chocolate fountain was open for all of the guests the indulge in. Eventually Hanna and ben made it over to the chocolate fountain to try some of the luxury dipping items that had been chosen for the wedding reception. Normally events in portsmouth have a nautical theme due to the Naval history associated with portsmouth however todays reception had a slight aviation theme as the bride and groom had asked guests to give holiday vouchers as wedding presents, there was even a model aeroplane for guests to “post” the cards on . The DJ soon got the party underway with lots of great tunes being played with guests dancing away and returning to the chocolate fountain for extra supplies. Eventually it was time to leave Portsmouth with the guests having made good use of the chocolate fountain.
Wedding Chocolate Fountain Hire in Windsor
Recently chocolate fountain hire provided a chocolate fountain for an asian wedding which took place at the Berkshire polo club. This was a lovely venue with a marquee set on the fields just behind the stable blocks. We arrived just after the bride and groom made their entrance and set up discreetly at the back of the room next to an amazing fruit table display and buffet. Soon the chocolate fountain was set up and flowing with warm belgium chocolate, to start with we only had the occasional user as the speeches had started and all guests were listening to what was being said and also in the case of the grooms brother sang ( with included a really good beet box). Various other guests played instruments and there was even a belly dancing display. With the entertainment coming to its end guests soon turned their attention to the chocolate fountain. From this this point on the chocolate fountain was busy for the rest of the night, with guests dipping into all of dips we had provided.
Chocolate Fountain for Claire and Eamon in West Sussex
The Chocolate Fountain Hire team headed for Stedham in West Sussex on Saturday 30th July for the wedding of Claire and Eamon. In a beautiful part of the country, set in a marquee on the lawn, the team set up the fountain amid beautiful sunflowers and torches on the lawn. The bride looked stunning and was very careful of her georgous dress as she tasted the warm silky Belguim chocolate with fresh British strawberries. The guests were soon helping themselves to the dips and chocolate whilst listening to the great band who were singing ‘Rat Pack’ tunes and sounding great! It was a really good evening and we left happy that the service we provided as the chocolate fountain
was well used and the guests loved it!
Chocolate fountain for Ascot Conference
Yesterday the team from chocolate fountain hire made the trip to Ascot; unfortunately not for Royal Ascot, our job was to provide a chocolate fountain for a medical conference which was being held at Sunningdale Park. Delegates had travelled for all parts Europe and the United States to attend the event. This is the type of event we are quite used to at chocolate fountain hire, the event organiser’s book the chocolate fountain as a surprise for delegates to have during a break period, to allow the delegates to relax and treat themselves to the chocolate fountain. This is exactly how yesterday’s event in Ascot was planned. We were able to set up the chocolate fountain in the coffee break area while the delegates were in meetings and before the end of the meetings the chocolate fountain was ready flowing with luxury Belgian milk chocolate. Many delegates were very excited upon seeing the chocolate fountain and needing no encouragement to start dipping. We provided a range of favourite dipping items such are strawberries, marshmallow, profiteroles, dairy fudge, chocolate brownie and many more. The most popular items that delegates dipped into the chocolate fountain used were strawberries, chocolate brownies and marshmallows. Once the break was over they were soon back to their meetings with lots of the delegates saying the chocolate fountain would get them through the day!!
Cambridge university party chocolate fountain
On Saturday night one event for chocolate fountain hire too us to Cambridge university to provide a chocolate fountain to celebrate students completing their MBA courses. This was a really nice venue with all the students dressed in their smartest active for the event. Chocolate fountain hire is very popular within universities and this one was no exception with all the guests very eager to start using the chocolate fountain. As soon as the chocolate fountain was set up, we were besieged with dippers, with a broad selection available including fudge, profiteroles, chocolate brownies strawberries and grapes there was something for everyone! When there was a quiet moment we manged to re fill all the dips as to make sure there was plenty available during the evening. We are frequent visitors to Cambridge and are looking forward to our next student event there!
Double Chocolate Fountain Wedding In Hail Weston
On a beautiful day the Chocolate Fountain team headed off to Cambridge, Hail Weston for the wedding of Hayley and Shane. It was an idyllic wedding, with a marquee in a playing field and hay bales to sit on, and hog roast to eat with two chocolate fountains for pudding! The Bride and Groom booked one large milk chocolate fountain, and one large white chocolate fountain, and both were very popular! We set up on two tables set together, and put out two sets of everything, including strawberries, brownies, pineapple, fudge and lotus lots more. It looked fabulous and all the guests tucked right in! We were really pleased to see the bride and groom making numerous visits to the chocolate fountains! We were really busy all evening with the guests coming back time and time again. We were so pleased that the weather held for the couple, as they were both really lovely people, and this was a really nice and friendly wedding to be part of !
Chocolate Fountain for 21st Birthday in Wrexham
For the second chocolate fountain hire in Wales this weekend, the team travelled to Wrexham to provide a chocolate fountain for Stephanie’s 21st Birthday party celebrations. Wow what a great party, and not just because we were there!! We set up our luscious chocolate fountain in the corner of a hall that had been beautifully decorated in dark pink and pearl. The dips on show tonight were fresh strawberries, pineapple, mango, banana, brownies, donuts, Turkish delight, marshmallows, coconut bites and gingerbread men. After tucking into hog roast and pizza, the chocolate fountain quickly became the main feature! Lots of people were eating their way through the delicious dips coated in creamy warm milk chocolate, delicious! Also at the party was a rodeo bull which was very popular with the ‘young folk’ and a drag queen who was very funny! The Chocolate Fountain Hire team had a great evening, and packed up and went home at 12 o’clock, leaving party in full swing!
Lincoln Wedding chocolate fountain
Lincolnshire was the destination for chocolate fountain hire recently, we were attending the Petwood Hotel to provide a chocolate fountain for David and Beverley’s wedding reception. Our chocolate fountain was set up in the petwood suite and once the bride and groom had posed for their photographs it was time for the guests to indulge in the chocolate fountain. This didn’t take alot of persuasion and with all the luxury items on display really to dip into the chocolate fountain. This was a reaaly nice event to be at on such a lovley day with an amazing location.
