This weekend the chocolatefountainhire.com visited Portsmouth to provide a chocolate fountain for Hanna and Ben’s wedding reception which was held at the Hilton Hotel. We arrived in plenty of time and set our fountain up at the back of the room in time for the bride and groom to make their entrance. After the meal and speeches the chocolate fountain was open for all of the guests the indulge in. Eventually Hanna and ben made it over to the chocolate fountain to try some of the luxury dipping items that had been chosen for the wedding reception. Normally events in portsmouth have a nautical theme due to the Naval history associated with portsmouth however todays reception had a slight aviation theme as the bride and groom had asked guests to give holiday vouchers as wedding presents, there was even a model aeroplane for guests to “post” the cards on . The DJ soon got the party underway with lots of great tunes being played with guests dancing away and returning to the chocolate fountain for extra supplies. Eventually it was time to leave Portsmouth with the guests having made good use of the chocolate fountain.

David and Alicia were due to wed in sunny Cyprus, but due to unfortunate flight cancellations, decided to get married at home in Portsmouth. Chocolate Fountain Hire were on hand at the reception with not one but two chocolate fountains for David, Alicia and guests to enjoy! One large milk chocolate fountain was accompanied by a small pink chocolate fountain – a perfect fit for their pink-themed wedding reception.
The pink theme was evident throughout the night, from pink balloons to pink cravattes for the grooms men. We even supplied pink-coloured dipping items for the Belgian chocolate fondue – including wafers, marshmallows, turkish delight and strawberries – as well as a matching illuminated surround for the pink chocolate fountain. The fabulous colour scheme made for a truly vibrant atmosphere all night.

Chocolate Fountains Hire gets the X Factor!
Chocolate Fountain Hire visited Portsmouth recently, for Julie’s 40th Birthday Party at the Farmhouse Inn Lodge. After previous birthdays where Julie had been pregnant and unable to drink, her husband promised her an extra special knees-up for her 40th. And what a celebration is was!
The black and pink colour theme gave the venue a sense of glamour, which guests loved. Soon after arrival Julie’s friends and family starting tucking into the chocolate fondue, dipping an array of mini donuts, cream filled profiteroles and vanilla fudge into the chocolate fountain. Portsmouth definitely know how to throw a great party!
Entertainment on the night was supplied by none other than 2006 X Factor finalist Ben Mills, who sung two live sets to the party in Portsmouth. Chocolate Fountain Hire loved it, as did the guests.
