Dorset was definitely feeling the heat that night – and we’re not talking about the mag this time – as the brave guests dipped chillis into the white chocolate fountain! There were plenty of marshmallows, creamy profiteroles, mini donuts and strawberries for those feeling less spicy however. Wimborne Chocolate Fountain Hire
Regular visitors to the Wimborne Folk Festival will be very familiar with the East Dorset town of Wimborne Minster. Chocolate Fountain Hire became quite familiar with it recently too, after attending the Queen Elizabeth School Year 11 Leavers Ball to provide a chocolate fondue for over 200 guests.
Although not as big as the Folk Festival, this school prom certainly gave the event a run for its money in terms of entertainment and memorability in Wimborne. Chocolate Fountain Hire provided just one of the fantastic features of the night. Aside from our chocolate fountain, accompanied with fresh fruit and bakery items, students on the night were treated to casino tables and a flower stall, as well as DJ’s and live music. Our chocolate fountain and illuminated surround fitted right in with the glamorous decorations, that had obviously taken a lot of time to prepare. Many of the students wore dresses and suits to match the sophisticated interiors – none of the Chocolate Fountain Hire team remember having school proms this good!
Despite the amazing levels of excitement and fun to be had, Chocolate Fountain Hire noted the Wimborne students were extremely polite and well behaved. The same wasn’t necessarily true of the teachers, who had great fun competing to see who could fit the most dips onto a skewer and then into their mouths! This behaviour is usually considered a no-no in chocolate fountain etiquette, but for those who are interested, the winner managed six dips!

Tying the Knot with Plenty of Choc
Bournemouth famous for more than just sprawling beaches and ice-cream. We can never get enough chocolate here at Chocolate Fountain Hire. Bournemouth can’t seem to get enough too! One local hair salon surprised their clients by throwing an Easter themed bash and wearing bonnets whilst giving out chocolate eggs.
