Tripple fountain Fun Staff christmas Party
At Chocolate Fountain Hire we love nothing more than being invited back to provide chocolatle fountains for previous customers.We were very pleased to be asked back to Alfa Laval to provide Chocolate Fountains and a fruit palm tree for their annual Christmas party held in their offices. We were asked to do something different this year, so we provided three small chocolate fountains, a medium fruit palm tree and a candy floss machine! The chocolate fountains were milk, white and a red one! We make the red fountain by adding organic natural food colouring to white chocolate, and it goes as red as we like! We arranged the chocolate fountains in the middle of a table and wrapped festive red organza around them all, and dotted the dips in their white china bowls around them. The fruit palm tree was covered with fresh melon, Satsuma’s, pineapple, strawberries, kiwi fruit and grapes, it looks delicious. The chocolate fountains were very well used with guests enjoying cream filled profiteroles; mini sugared donuts, marshmallows, fudge, jelly babies, pink wafers and lots more! The candy floss was a HUGE success, with guests queuing up for baby pink candy floss on a stick, and it smelt delicious! The whole Christmas party was lots of fun, and the employees of Alfa Laval went back to work in the afternoon full of fresh fruit, red chocolate and candy floss!!
Chocolate relief for busy business meeting!
The Chocolate fountain hire team headed to Sunnydale Park in Ascot for an evening buffet. We are regulars here, popping up to provide chocolate fountains for the afternoon tea break for the Evelyn Sharp centre. This centre is part of the hotel and is for business seminars. The clients usually stay for a week with their company and it is a great chance to meet members of the company you work for. It is a fully bespoke business centre with library, full IT services, lots of ‘break out’ rooms and it is all fully catered. This time we were one of the puddings for a hot and cold buffet for the employees of Oracle. The chocolate fountain was used for the delegates to have a treat in a break period before going back to their team building events. In no time at all the delegates were dipping items into the chocolate fountain, we supplied a vast aray of dipping items for the guests to choose from. With the break period fisinhed it was time for the delegates to go back to work and for chocolate fountain hire to head home.
Wedding Chocolate Fountain Hire in Ascot
One booking last weekend took chocolate fountain hire to Ascot to provide a chocolate fountain for Hazel and Chris’s wedding reception which was held at the Royal Berkshire hotel. We arrived just as the room was being prepared for the evening function and the chocolate fountain was set up the the sounds of the band having a sound check. In no time at all the chocolate fountain was flowing with Belgium milk chocolate, the dips that hazel had chosen were Strawberries, Bananas, Mini Donuts, Cream filled profiteroles,Gingerbread men and Marshmallows Meringues. The bride and groom were announced onto the dance floor to have their first dance and this signalled the opening of the chocolate fountain as well as the buffet that the hotel had provided. We were quite over run for the first 45 minutes with guests quite happy to stay at the chocolate fountain and make use of the dips and cover then in chocolate. Quite a few children had the taste for the chocolate too i am not sure how they managed to eat as much as they did! Mid way through the evening the bride and groom made their way over to the chocolate fountain and sample some of the dips. During the evening the band played some great tunes for the wedding guests to dance to and eventually it was time to pack away and leave ascot for now at least!
Wedding chocolate fountain hire in Reading
Recently the team from chocolate hire were booked to provide a chocolate fountain for a wedding reception which took place in Princents Manor in Reading. We set up the chocolate fountain in the main room in full view of all of the guests who were very eager to get started on the chocolate fountain. Once started it was very tricky to tell who were using the fountain more but i think the adults just scooped the award!! Marshmallows and strawberries were the most popular items. Even the bride managed a few visits to the chocolate fountain. With lovely warm chocolate cascading through the chocolate fountain it never comes as a surprise thats the chocolate fountain is always busy. This was a lovely day for a wedding and in such a lovely venue close to reading and shortly afterwards the bride and groom were jetting off to honeymoon in hawaii.
Double Chocolate Fountain Hire in Reading an Asian Wedding
The Chocolate Fountain hire team had a lunchtime booking on Saturday 19th February at the Shehnai Banqueting Suite in Reading, berkshire. We took two chocolate fountains as it was a segregated wedding, men in one room and ladies in another. Matt set up one delicious Chocolate fountain in one room with the dips and illuminated surround and the fhocolate fondue fountain was soon being well used! I set up mine with the ladies, including the bride who looked stunningly beautiful in her traditional wedding attire. I was soon surrounded by ladies and children tucking in to my luscious chocolate and dips. The bride managed to come to the fountain and one point and this is very rare as brides don’t usually have the time, I think she was lured in by the delicious smell of the warm flowing chocolate! The venue Shehnai www.shehnaiuk.co.uk/ was a really beautiful place and the staff were all great (they made sure I was well fed with delicious food) We finished up at 4pm so a very early finish for us and the bride told us she was going to get some much needed sleep!!
Bat Mitzvah in London Bar
On Sunday I did a Chocolate Fountain at my first ever Bat Mitzvah! I did not even know that girls had this Jewish ceremony so it was nice to be involved. I turned up at The Willow in Winchmore Hill, London which touts itself as ‘The Best Bar in London’ in plenty of time to haul my chocolate fountain up two flights of stairs to the party room. It was so pretty, all decorated in pink and purple with a beautiful array of cupcakes on a stand. I set up in a small room just off the main party room so that the party goer’s didn’t know I was there until the grand unveiling at 8.30pm. I have never seen teenagers move so fast!! I was besieged by boys and girls running in to eat my chocolate and dips. In a very short time, I was topping up donuts and profiteroles as fast as I could and adding more chocolate to the machine! They ate loads!!! And there was chocolate everywhere!! Many baby wipes were used mopping up chocolate from pretty party frocks and smart jeans. It was a great party with really delicious food (I just love buffet food!!) and a purple non-alcoholic cocktail made especially for the occasion! The party guests than danced and sang their way to 10.30 when their carriages (i.e. parents!) arrived to take them home. A really enjoyable evening, and the best way to spend a Sunday evening!
Amy and Mark’s New years day wedding in Basingstoke
New years day is no reason for a day of rest for chocolate fountain hire, our event took us to Basingstoke in hampshire to supply a luzury desert for Amy and Marks wedding at Audleys Wood Hotel. The wedding reception was situated in a beautifully decorated marquee. After the bride and groom had been welcomed into the wedding reception they soon found their way to the chocolate fondue fountain for a photoshoot oppotunity with wedding guests eager to photograph the happy couple taking their first dip together. Guests were treated to a buffett, with the chocolate fountain as desert.However many guests decided to have desert first!
During the course of the evening guests were treated to a dj who provided lot of good music to dance to and of course to dip to!

Berkshire’s stately Goring and Streatley Golf Club was an ideal venue for the event, and a pleasure for the team to visit.
Chocolate Fountain Hire in Fareham was the next stop, to provide a chocolate fountain for Neil and Sarah’s wedding reception. Hosted at Club V – Fareham Town FC’s venue at Cams Alders Stadium – the reception was decorated in an alluring range of burgundy, dark reds and creams. The large milk chocolate fountain was accompanied by raspberries, banana, pineapple and a wide range of other fresh fruits – no orange pieces at half time however! The happy newly-weds celebrated at a stunning reception enjoyed by all their friends and family from Fareham – Chocolate Fountain Hire were thrilled to be there on their special day.
Then in the spirit of weddings,Chocolate Fountain Hire headed to Birmingham to provide a fondue fountain for Mr and Mrs Rainbow in honour of their Golden Wedding Anniversary! The golden colour theme was complimented perfectly by our large mik chocolate and small dark chocolate fountains, which were surrounded on our illuminated surround by Turkish Delight, marshmallows, gingerbread men and plenty of other sweet treats. Guests tucked in throughout the evening and toasted the Rainbow’s wedding anniversary. Chocolate Fountain Hire in Birmingham is usually for wedding receptions and newly-weds, so it was amazing to have the chance to provide a chocolate fountain for an experienced, happily married couple!

Chocolate, Weddings and Top Gear!
Another day, another happy couple enjoying chocolate fondue for their wedding Chocolate Fountain Hire, this time in Bracknell. It wasn’t just any old wedding day at Bracknell’s East Hampstead Park Mansion estate, however, as the happy couple received an unlikely group of wedding crashers!
Upon our arrival to the Berkshire mansion, the Chocolate Fountain Hire team had the door held open for us by a very familiar looking person indeed. Imagining the unlikeliness of it being the celebrity in question, we continued setting up our large milk chocolate fountain and small white chocolate fountain display for bride Michelle’s guests. The happy newly-weds and their friends and family were enjoying the luxuriously plush surroundings and selection of chocolate fondue dips we supplied – including profiteroles, belgian waffles and kiwi fruit – when we realised who else was visiting the mansion that day. And it was none other than the BBC’s Top Gear team!
Jeremy Clarkson, Richard Hammond and our doorman, James May (!) were using conference facilities at Easthampstead Park too. But it wasn’t long before they gate-crashed the wedding celebrations and cause havoc. James May proceeded to climb into a trolley and lie with his glass of red wine on his chest as a six-strong crowd pushed him through the corridors and hallways – Chocolate Fountain Hire imagined this wasn’t the fastest or most efficient way the Top Gear presenter had travelled on four wheels!
Richard and James did stop long enough to pose for a picture with Corinne, who is now back doing bookings after a stint recovering from heart surgery. However we didn’t quite manage to get them over to our chocolate fountain display. Good thing really, as the invited guests at the wedding reception were thoroughly enjoying all our dips and chocolate late into the evening. Who knows what they guys would’ve gotten up to with our fountain!
Chocolate Fountain Hire have attended a vast number of weddings, but this one was definitely one of the most memorable. And not a glimpse of The Stig in sight…
