A recent study on supermarket chocolate has shown Tesco to be top in terms of chocolate taste. Their bar of dark chocolate beat Green & Blacks and Waitrose in a taste test!
For those with a passion for chocolate, does it matter where you buy your chocolate from? How important is buying organic chocolate?
Chocolate for chocolate fountains is usually Belgian chocolate which is renouned for quality. Supermarket chocolate is not suitable for chocolate fountains contrary to popular belief, as it does not have a high enough cocoa content to melt efficiently.

Chocolate Heaven – 3 Chocolate Fountains
This week, we attended British American Tobacco to provide them with three, yes 3 large chocolate fountains. This event was to celebrate the launch of a new staff restaurant. We had milk, dark and white chocolate fountains. A chocolate lovers dream if ever there was one! Our display was added to with an enormous Choccywoccydoodah cake. This cake contained 50kg of chocolate, 300 eggs and took over 50 man hours to create! Phew.
A wide range of dips were provided for staff to dip into the three fountains during their lunch hour.

Charity Chocolate Fountain
Force and Exeter Hospice held a Black Tie Charity Ball in Uplyme over the weekend – with great success. We were proud to provide the chocolate fountain and capture the fun on our camera. See some of the photos below from the evening.

Chocolate Fountain Hire Southampton - Oceana U18s Night
SKAA and the Hampshire Police hosted an U18s night at Southampton’s Oceana this week. We were there to provide endless mini donuts and marshmallows, with a generous helping of chocolate of course. It was great to see well-behaved children having fun in a safe environment. Despite chocolate fountains being an integral party of many UK events, the flow of smooth milk chocolate still provokes a innate reaction – hmmmmmm! An entertaining night at Oceana, and as you can see above, some great photos.

Birthday Party on Saturday Night.
Over the Valentine’s Weekend, we attended 2 birthdays, with the second party located in Dogma bar in Reading.
Jasmin & Charlotte’s joint 18th/21st involved a milk chocolate fountain, great music, dancing and lively guest interaction with the fountain!

Chocolate Fountain Fun for Mia’s 18th Birthday.
Last weekend, we attended Mia’s birthday party with our large white chocolate fountain and a milk small chocolate fountain. 18th birthdays are always lively, and this party was no different!
Mia’s Mum had this to say afterwards:
“Aah thankyou that’s great.. and thanks for the night and your tolerance!!! Gosh I was so stressed all of that day… The fountains went down an absolute treat..worth every penny
